Platform and Data Updates, March & April 2025

The Systems Change Lab team strives to continually update data, improve functions and add new capabilities to the platform. We have made the following updates to our platform to align with the economics launch.
 

PLATFORM UPDATES

• Replaced finance shift 6 “Price greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental harms” with economics shift 3 “Transform economic policies to accelerate action for climate, nature and equity”. 

• In accordance with the economics launch, we have relocated the following indicators:

• Special Drawing Rights allocations to low- and middle-income countries - added one more year of historical data

Circular Economy

• Countries with deposit-refund and pay-as-you-throw schemes - updated historical data 

Power

• Regulatory frameworks for renewable electricity - updated historical data
